# Notices

NACRE is a procedural artwork and disclosed reference implementation created for Adem Vessell / Arkhē with Codex.

The executable colour program is authored JavaScript/GLSL. A separate Codex agent authored the Python/NumPy reference from `SPEC.md` without reading the JavaScript implementation. No external artwork, photograph, or image texture supplies the pixels.

Source is published for inspection and reproducibility. No blanket open-source licence is granted by this repository. Third-party licences remain applicable to their respective components.

KaTeX 0.19.0 and bundled font assets were reused from the existing local TIDELIGHT vendor directory. Their licences are retained in `vendor/licenses/` and `vendor/katex/`; those licences apply to those third-party components, not automatically to the whole project. The UI also uses system typography.
