Shared live clock · 0.0 s · runningCurrent panes: loading…
B-control · same WebGPU renderer, camera, mesh, palette, contour material, seed, time and controls. Gerstner ridges only; no adapted WaveCascade displacement.B-FFT · identical presentation and identical Gerstner contribution, with only the adapted WaveCascade (Apache-2.0) enabled.
Loading current repair capture metrics (evidence/current/metrics.json)… Receipt is a fixed-time capture; it does not assert the current live browser.
What this demonstrates
Live panes receive one parent clock and can be paused or reset together. Recorded metrics below use a separate fixed seed, viewport (768×512), and simulation time.
The adapted code builds and runs on the recorded WebGPU backend.
Frame-time figures for the recorded backend only.
What this does not demonstrate
That reused code is better, faster, more beautiful, or necessary.
Performance is configuration-specific: the current repair receipt used headless Chrome 156 on Apple Metal WebGPU; the supplied historical receipt used SwiftShader. Neither predicts other hardware or mobile combinations.
Aesthetic preference, or any comparison with pane A on the other page (different renderer and algorithm).
